Dhairya Narang

UI/UX Designer

It all started with an Alt key.

During college, I watched a designer duplicate a circle in Figma and something clicked. I went home, opened Figma, and never really closed it. Since then, design has been my permanent address.

In two years I've shipped 4 live products across fitness, HR, SaaS, productivity, and IoT - as the sole designer on every single one. I've delivered full apps in 2-week sprints, built design systems from scratch, and worked directly with founders and clients across India, Norway, and the US.

But what I'm most proud of isn't the screens. It's how I work. At Appeneure, AI isn't a buzzword — it's the actual workflow. I use Claude to think through product decisions, Claude Code to understand developer logic, raise PRs, and build systems that make handoffs smoother. I don't just design products. I help build them.

Two years in. Four live products. Still just getting started.

Tools

I feel Tools are replaceable. The ability to adapt faster than they change - that's the real skill. I'm always experimenting with what's new, not to chase trends, but to find what genuinely improves how I work.

Product Designer

Appeneure

Oct 2025 - Present

As a Product Designer at Appeneure I have worked across fitness, HR, SaaS, and productivity - handling client calls, design systems, and handoff end-to-end. Delivered full apps in 2-week sprints, worked directly with CEOs and international clients. Used Claude Code to implement design changes in code, run rapid iterations, and compress what used to take days into hours - learning that the gap between design and engineering is a lot smaller than it looks.

UI/UX Designer

ONO

Nov 2024 - Jun 2025

At ONO, I was the sole UI/UX designer, driving end-to-end design across mobile and web. I shipped 15+ features and 2 major redesigns, including a super app integration that boosted adoption by ~20%. By introducing reusable components and better handoff workflows, I improved design-to-dev speed by 30%, while aligning every decision with business goals.
